By accessing or using the services of Custom Academics, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Services
We provide academic advising, pre-med and medical school advising, tutoring, test preparation, portfolio guidance, and related educational services. Service offerings are described on our website and may change without notice.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enter into an agreement for services. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must contract for services on your behalf.

3. Payments
• All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and must be paid via the approved payment methods (ACH transfer or credit card through Square).
• Full payment or agreed-upon installment payments must be made on time to continue receiving services.
• Fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations
• Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the session or incurring the applicable late cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

5. Student & Parent Responsibilities
• Students are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time, completing assigned work, and actively participating in the process.
• Parents/guardians agree to maintain open communication and ensure timely payment of fees.
• We are not responsible for missed opportunities or deadlines due to failure to follow agreed-upon timelines or instructions.

6. Academic Integrity
We do not write essays, complete assignments, or take tests on behalf of students. All work submitted to schools or programs must be the student’s own.

7. No Guarantee of Admission
While we strive to provide exceptional guidance, we do not guarantee admission to any school, program, or scholarship.

8. Online Portal & Communications
• Access to our secure online student portal is provided for organization, communication, and document management.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
• We may send reminders, updates, and important notices via email and/or text.

9. Intellectual Property
All course materials, guides, and resources we provide are our intellectual property and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custom Academics, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
